U shld hav got it done, coz it cn delay da process coz if u hav had it before den automatically ur medical vil b received by ndvo afta ur file reaches dea, bt nw dey vil mail or email first nd ask u to undergo a medical xam, den ull get it done nd lyk wise process cn slow down. Bt no worries u already filed so just chill it's ol about luck. Hope everyone of us get quick visas.

No it doesn't delay it anymore. I did mine after and I'm right in line with other applicants who applied around my time to my visa office.

I just got my AOR on May 17. I haven't received my SA yet. Hope they will send it soon.

Oh now its just a wait and watch game for all of us. Yea lets hope everyone gets their visa as quick as possible. I am still waiting for AOR. Is there anone who recieved AOR who have applied close to 22nd April? That will give me a hint when will I recieve my AOR.

You can see your client id number in PR card.Its an eight digit number.

I don't have a P.R.card. ZZW received AOR thats how he or she was able to log into Ecas . Thanks Zarilenth

No we decided to take the second option by doing medicals for her afterwards. That shouldn't be the problem right? My wife can do medicals after the file reaches new delhi.

U should have done it and submit the upfront medical signed by the panel physician as it is in the checklist.it can delay the processing of ur application or cic will return ur application.

No they will not. I did my medical after they just request the medical with your sponsorship approval. It did not delay my application at all.

Yes exactly. When I applied for my PR I too had an option of doing the medicals upfront. But I waited for them to send me the documents for medicals. My process was as similar as the one who did the medicals upfront.

Now I have a question: as I haven't recieved the AOR yet. Are there chances of recieving it in junk folder and not the inbox? I usually don't check junk folders of my email. Please let me know so that I can make a habit of checking the junk folders too.

Yes exactly. When I applied for my PR I too had an option of doing the medicals upfront. But I waited for them to send me the documents for medicals. My process was as similar as the one who did the medicals upfront.

Yes someone told me dat smtyms da email goes to da junk folder so do keep a check on dat 47 days completed for my application i think nw its my turn to get aor nd sa. Cic plz do ur work quickly i cnt wait more.

this shortly...if i put in the application that i have a full time job.
.but already gotten my sponsorship approval...i would
like to go Mexico with my husband and wait the rest of the time
down there....would they deny our application if they find out i dont
have a full time job anymore?? The application is in Mexico already
and all he needs to do is his medical exam...

Emmalina we have answered you before. They won't deny your application without notifying you of any issues they have. You don't have to have a job but they may ask how you will support yourself and him when his PR goes through.

I am sorry...Its just people keep telling me different things and I am so nervous...I dont want that play a factor in my husband getting his PR approved.

Hi there, You can take me off the April spreadsheet... I had originally posted my package in March and Canada post tracking was showing undelivered and they could not find it.. I re sent everything in April but it turns out CIC actually received my 1st package. I have already received my AOR and SA so I guess I am not an April applicant but a March one.
