I don't think you need to have it translated they just want to see that you have communicated with eachother like dates ( time frame) and frequency. I submitted skype records, imessage screen shots, and emails about 2 years worth but only a few for every month.

PPR today.

The also asked that i submit the wife's birth certificate as well.

Just wondering if there has been any updates in the last month.I was an April but i was missing a document so now i think i'm a June, but is still interested and seeing what may have been.

It has put me back at least 2 months or so.

Looks like a mistake on the part of the VO - to not have included the specific document requested... I'd call and/or email them immediately

Still waiting! This part of the process has to be the worst. We received AOR2 from Sydney on July 22, so it's likely there's still quite a wait for us, based on everyone else's experience. Such a shame, as Sydney seemed to be moving so quickly a few months ago. How is everyone getting through this without going crazy?

Same here... Our status changed to "in process" just 2 weeks ago and since then I feel like the time is not going by... Feels like a torture.. I hope we all get the good news sooner than we thought!

Congrats! Not sure how the Sydney office works... But here in New Delhi office, you get a PPR (passport request) once a decision has been made.

Well, folks...

My fiance was planning a visit to Canada, arriving on October 12...

Looks like he will be more than visiting! He received all of his immigration documentation, almost exactly one month after PPR. He will be landing in Vancouver (where he only has a 2.5 hour layover before heading home to me...eep!), fingers crossed everything goes smoothly and quickly!

Good luck, all!

Hong Kong office seems to be at a stand still, with the exception of a few who files after us now having PPR, most of us are still stuck at application received.
