I applied on 24th April 2014 and still waiting for PPR. I called CIC agent and I was told that I will have to call them back after 24th april 2016.

That's 24 months, not 21....they're ridiculous. Have you submitted a case specific inquiry? Or requested GCMS notes?

Yes I have sent a case specific inquiry and also ordered GCMS notes. My latest GCMS notes has "BF 30 days" notes and this date has passed on 24th Dec 2015. I have ordered another GCMS notes which is due on 4th Feb. I did not hear anything from the case specific inquiry.

I contacted MP couple of times but as the case is under second review nobody can do anything. My MP said it can take anywhere from days to months.

One of the CIC agent identified my role incorrectly (mentioned that i am a pharmacists) but I am working for a software company and I think this has caused all the trouble

Ugh, sorry to hear that. They really need to get their shit together. All their problems and mistakes are causing a huge issue for everyone waiting. We just ordered GMCS notes yesterday. We're June 2014 applicant. So far did medicals Feb 2015, got RPRF request Nov 2015, got request for new PCC and Schedule A Nov 2015 and since then have heard nothing. Hoping its not in second review but it's starting to worry me as my boyfriend has been unable to work since July due to his BOWP being rejected and is still waiting for his restoration of worker status to be approved.

Ugh, sorry to hear that. They really need to get their *censored word* together. All their problems and mistakes are causing a huge issue for everyone waiting. We just ordered GMCS notes yesterday. We're June 2014 applicant. So far did medicals Feb 2015, got RPRF request Nov 2015, got request for new PCC and Schedule A Nov 2015 and since then have heard nothing. Hoping its not in second review but it's starting to worry me as my boyfriend has been unable to work since July due to his BOWP being rejected and is still waiting for his restoration of worker status to be approved.

My BOWP is rejected and work permit expired. Will be applying for restoration of status in couple of days

That's strange that everything has passed and is complete yet you still haven't received PPR. What else could they possibly be waiting for?

I just don't understand what is going on. There was someone in August who received his PPR yesterday, meanwhile there are still people from April/May/June and July waiting? this is so incredibly frustrating, I can't imagine how you've managed this long. We applied at the end of May 2014 and are also still waiting.

Finally got a reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

I would like to know if anyone else received similar response when additional documents were sent.

It appears that your application is now ready to be finalized.

You will be receiving a letter shortly with instructions on how to proceed in order to have your landing papers and visa issued.

I just don't understand what is going on. There was someone in August who received his PPR yesterday, meanwhile there are still people from April/May/June and July waiting? this is so incredibly frustrating, I can't imagine how you've managed this long. We applied at the end of May 2014 and are also still waiting.

Not just April/may/June...... There are ppl waiting from Nov 2013 for Medicals or PPR.... Also I am from Feb 2014
