Hi Guys,

Just got my PPR request ;D .
Have couple of questions:-
I am planning to go to India on vacation with my spouse.
1. Can I do my landing while returning back?
2. My spouse will join me later in Canada. Can she do the landing alone? Will there be a issue as she will not be doing landing with me (Primary applicant)

Hi All;

I am planning to go to my home country and will get marry in a couple of weeks back home. I am an April applicant. The status of my application is that I did not yet received the MR. The AOR shows application received for permanent residence. I submit the PCC last month. Could some body advise what I should do now and after marring.

I can't fine your details in April Sheet. Did you pay RPRF payment upfront or requested by CIC?

My Ecas just changed to "Decision Made"

Hi all,

It looks like there are a lot of people getting PPR since yesterday, I didn't get anything in the email but I checked the ECAS, which is now showing "Decision Made" (was not there yesterday).

Followed is my status entry:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 3, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on October 24, 2014.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


So I geuss I will just wait for the result!? Fingers crossed.....

Btw, I didn't get any MR but I did my medical on Dec 5, 2014 (RPRF on Oct 28, 2014).

Both the message about medical received and decision made showed up just today.
