Has someone noticed that people who submitted the application along with a bank draft received AOR quicker than people who used credit cards? Is it just a coincidence?
Is this true? I am new to the forum and about to submit an application next week as i have got all documents ready. If there is any evidence that Credit card takes longer than a draft, then i might as well attach a draft. Any one else feels this way? Appreciate the advice and heads up. Cheers

No evidence so far. It's just a hypothesis based on people who already received AOR. Anyways, it's just 5 days of difference between draft and CC (from the spreadsheet), thus don't pay a lot of attention and do whatever you think it's more appropriate and safe for you.

Use the stub/copy that holds the information about the Cheque / Draft (to whom was extended, etc) , then call the bank or go in person. They should be able to tell you if it was cash it out.

Hi Folks,

I have question regarding for PCC. I have submitted my application last week and NS-Sydney has received it.
Now, I am waiting for PCC which requested at BLS office on 21st April 2014.

Do you know anyone in how many days PCC is available from BLS office? or I need to follow-up.
Hence, once will get AOR so on time I can send PCC document to Ottawa office.

Appreciate it your response ... ^_^

When I applied it took 15 calendar days. An average what I have seen when my friends applied, it takes around 3 weeks. If you have listed any remote village in your address it may take another week. I hope this helps.

Does anybody from the second week of April applicant get their cc charged ? I am just wondering to see the excel sheet that some people already received their AOR in less than 20 days..

I got my PCC ready in a week when I applied in the month of December 2013. In your case, it may take 2 to 3 weeks due to rush.
Which place you have applied for your PCC ? Have you applied in person or by post?

Thanks kichha51.

Yes, I have mentioned 4/5 addresses in forms.

At same place I have applied personally on 16 Dec, 13 and they issue my pcc on 17 Dec 13. (Date shown on my PCC). I found the tracking status as "Ready to pic up" on 23 Dec, 13 (may be at afternoon). I would recommend you to check the tracking status very frequently.

They gave me receipt with tracking number but not fedex.. That tracking number, I need to check on their web site.

Am I right?
