Thanks Cabalen!!! You guys are doing a great job.

You are welcome and thank you! Just doing what I signed up for. :-)

Good luck to all of us!!!

Long weekend is coming! I'll be out of the radar for 4 days and into the wilderness. Have a good, long weekend (for some) everybody. Happy Canada Day!

My friend (december applicant who got AOR in February) received his Medical Request. Things are moving faster than I thought :)

What's that about?

This is finger print for Canadian criminality check. I guess based on certain factors VO request RCMP if required.

Hey guys, I'm a may applicant but I need advice from You.

My husband might need a PCC from country diff from Canada and our home country, but we didnt send it with application. I received an aor last week. How long do You think it would take them to send us a request for PCC if they need it? Did anybody from April already receive pcc request?

If your husband resided in a Country other than Canada for more than 6 months, he will required a PCC. If you have obtained your PCC, send it across via mail quoting your application number. If you need an email from CIC for the country to process your PCC request, it will only happen after they have started processing your file. This can be anywhere from 3-5 months.

Hey..I was away from forum for few days...

Got my BOWP approved on 26th June valid till 26/06/2015, hard copy sent via mail by CIC.
Please update the sheet.

Hi All,

I have received ECMP request yeaterday , but I have already submitted my RCMP clearance (fingerprints one) with my application.
This cerificate is dated February 18th and my application reached CIO on April 28th.

Do I need to go for finger prints again? or Can I send them the scaned copy of RCMP certificate and tell them that I have submitted my original already?

In the RCMP request it is clearly mentioned that if you already submitted this document ignore this request.

Please advice.

Reply by saying you have already submitted RCMP with your application. Better send scanned copy of RCMP certificate if you have

Hope this will be helpful

Thanks

Sheet updated! Let me know if I've missed some information.

Guys,

I have question regarding "Application Received" and "in-process". Is there any difference?

My application status still is showing in "Application Received".

Any idea??

It will change to "IN PROCESS" once it receives your medical results. For now, wait for your MR.

Here's a link for reference.
