Friends, I have an ITA for Express Entry, 58 days to go for making an application. There's 4 in the family so making a new application will incur a large fee. What do you folks think, shall I wait, apply or decline. In my case we have already done meds which have been uploaded, all PCCs are with CIC but April applications seem to be dragging on for some reason. I see some June folks are getting PPR.

If I were you, I would wait 56 days to see progress on my file (CEC). If it doesn't happen, then submit your profile under EE.

This is just the skepticism of me kicking in, obviously one has yet to be approved under EE. How would we know that they will really commit to the 6 month timeline or less there are promising. It is a new process.

You will pay a hefty amount just to realize that CEC will still come earlier that EE. This is only my opinion.

Hey guys,

My ECAS status just changed to "In process" probably last night... and it shows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 14, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on February 20, 2015.

3. Medical results have been received.

I also received an email from CIC requesting me additional info about Personal History:

• Schedule A: The Schedule A you provided contains gaps in Personal History and Address history. Please provide a separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) with no gaps, bearing an original signature. This must be received at this office by: 2015/03/25
