Nice explanation !! :) :)

Too add if I may, though I posted this already a couple of times. This is based from my observation and reading this forum.

Eligibility passed = Medical Request
Eligibility, Criminality and Security passed = Right of Permanent Resident Fees
MR passed RPRF received = Passport Request

This is why some people received RPRF first before MR or others received it the same time.

This is also one of the reason why people paid upfront RPRF but still have no PPR. haha :) ;)

Hope this helps.

My status now reads as "Medical results have been received". I haven't received my RPRF request yet and waiting for the same.

Can you please update the tracker?

Thank you,
P.

Alright folks, I received my GCMS report on 10 Dec 2014. Here is the status and notes.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Not Started
Status : Review Required
Due Date: 2015/05/04

Notes: REGULATION: CEC-2013 I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendations.
ACTION ITEMS: All applicants holding valid status in Canada. WORK EXPERIENCE: CEC Qualification period is 10APR2011 to 09APR2014 dates of authorized work experience - with in 'Qualifying Period' in skill level 0, A, B occupation 14-JUL-2012 to LOCK-IN. Category of work permit: LMO Post-secondary studies in Canada: NONE As per schedule 8: Work Experience 12 JUL2012 to LOCK-IN, NOC 2171 selected. Full Time <DESIGNATION> with <COMPANY>. Employment letter dated <DATE> confirms date of employment, position title and salary $XXXX.XX Both T4 and NOA from 2013 show(s) reported earning of $YYYY.YY. ADDITIONAL NOTES: I note that there is a significant discrepancy between salary in LOE and income stated in NOA 2014. Review Required.

After looking at the notes I have reviewed my T4 and NOA. Looks like it was a mistake from my employer. Last year I have taken 2 months off (No Pay) and travelled to India for my wedding and returned in 28 Jun 2013. The T4 I received from my employer is having earning starting from 28 Jun till end of the year. I am working with my employer to fix it. I also verified in CRA website and they have reassessed my case in Nov and NOA is showing different income.

What should I tell the CIC about these problems? Do I need to write a physical letter or email explain the issue? Please suggest. thanks!

Hello there everyone I'm a silent follower of this forum and the April page. I too have the same issue as Kichha 51. I took a leave of absence for my job from Sept-Dec and my LOE has a estimated amount and NOA has less than half the amount on LOE. What should I do? My GMCS notes has the same additional notes as Kichha 51. Should I send a explanation letter along with Pay slips or wait until VO requests info. My Due date in in juune2015 :o :o :o.......Please help seniors.......Thanks!

I think you should go ahead and write explanation letter along with pay stubs.

@kichha51,

You can write explanation letter, pay stub details and possible then any vacation communication mails from your company. but make sure that all looks good and there would not be any confusion in letter.

Make it simple and nice explanation with duration.

Hi Kichcha,
Sorry to hear about this. :(

Please go ahead and write letter explaining the whole situation. Before that make sure you clear out this with your employer and CRA. i mean you should have the re assesed NOA , as proof.

I wish you all the very best.

Hi Everyone,

I have undergone the medical examination on Thursday December 11, and have just now paid the RPRF fee upfront (Saturday December 13).
