took so long,my friend. but glad its finally moving

File started processing may 29th, so
I figured I would give a call and see when it was actually mailed to my local office. It was mailed on that day. They were able to tell me that I had passed all the background checks and that it was just waiting for an officer to pick it up and schedule a test date
I wonder how backed up the Vancouver office actually is though. Any ideas?

Yesterday on Thursday 7th August 2014 I have received my AOR & a book-late my time line is as under.


We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 22, 2014.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on April 22, 2014. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on June 27, 2014.

at all, it is fast as he got the AOR letter 18 days only after the processing date. i think he will receive the test invitation very soon.

Medical was received on 31th, May

I don't know a month ago i was able to access ecas, there's a received line and second line is in process, but there's is no in process date so idont know when they started to process my application, but when i check my ecas again first wik of august received line was dissapeared and there was in process date which is july 21 then after a few days i received my AOR And Book.
