Your under PNP right? so it should be good..and i think PNP applicants shouldn't be moving out of the provinces until they are eligible to apply citizenship, which i think is two years. well i believe everyone who applies PR within Canada in this forum has already been living in Canada over years, so two more years after activating PR status..
what im not certain is you can leave the province after you apply citizenship? or you actually have to stay in the very same province until you actually become a citizen of Canada? What I am told by far about the processing time of citizenship is now takes two freaking yearSS!! holy cow, another waiting game even longer than PR application lol
