Hi VISHNUHARI,
i got my PCC from China by UPS today.
WHAT DID YOU SUBMIT YOUR PCC WITH THE SECOND TIME?
i was going to just submit a copy of the email that CIO send me (the one they asked me for the PCC) along with my PCC, would that be good enough? coz in the email there is title of my UCI, application # and my name. regards.
Is that how you did it ? thanks !

I think that would be enough. There is no harm in writing ur UCI # and application no. in pencil at the back of PCC. This is for your own peace of mind.

Oh sorry what I have done is i just print out the email and put a cover letter with my UCI and sent across them with my PCC
