Anyone with my timeline yet to receive PPR?

I got this response from cic when I made an enquiry about my file.." Dear Sir/ Madam, Thank you for your message concerning your application for permanent residence. Your file is in Ottawa for processing and will be reviewed by one of our officers. Medical results: We have received your medical results. Case status:An officer will be in contact with you in due course. In the meantime, we would ask for your patience and for you not to send follow-up requests for status to our office"

Should I be worried that they didn't mention that my RFPF had been received?

I got the exact same reply when I asked reg my application. I dont think there is anything to worry reg the RFPF. Based on the recent PPRs, you must be getting it very soon. Since mine went into processing in Oct, I am hoping I will get it by the end of this month.

Did u request notes before ?my last note before PPR showed that I paid RPRF but hadn't been assigned to any officer yet.i think that one was requested dec 24 and I got it back on jan 22. Then i didn't bother ordering another note . PPR on the 30th same day I wrote them the email inquiry.I think u will get it very soon! Maybe this Friday ? ;-) mine was in process since sep 10th. So our time line is very close !

'ab100' - need not to worry - seems like its a generic response - i got exactly the same when i questioned CIC on my statuts - also there is nothing mentioned about RPRF in my response either (although my recent GCMS says they got it) - you would here from them in couple of days !!

return tracker active today feb 6th. passport sent out from ottawa last night at 6 pm. hopefully i will get it tomorrow. sent out last thursday. so its about 1 week.

Are you already in Canada? When did you send your passport? I just wanted to know how many days it's taking to get stamped PR visa and send it back to the applicant.

My permanent address I submitted with my PR application is of one my relative but I have never lived there. Also I moved from the residential address I submitted with my PR application to a new place and never updated CIC with the new one. Would it be a problem during landing as I don't have any document that says I am living at the permanent address or the residential address I gave CIC. I changed my address on my DL, Bank and all other bills.

Hi All,

I received PPR last night "05-Feb" and have sent my passports to CPP Ottawa today. They did not ask me for any photographs where they did so for some of my friends. Is this normal?
My application went into "In Process" on 21-Nov-2013.
Seems like one of the lucky quick ones in this forum. This thread has been very helpful during the entire process. Thanks Movado for keeping this updated and making the long wait easy for most of us.

I hope to receive the stamped passport sometime next week and complete the landing process then as well.

hey guyz, when they ask the passport for stamping, do you need to send in the work permit along with the passport?

Had the same question. But you dont need to send the work permit along the passport.

What's ur ECAS status now? I'm waiting for the passport with Visa but still the status is "Decision Made". Should this be changed to something else? Anybody?

Had the same question. But you dont need to send the work permit along the passport.
