@ Arif, I haven't got my PPR yet, but I would be in the same situation as you so please update me on whats happening when you get time. I am researching as well and meanwhile i'll share if I find any info.

I don't think they would go through eligibility once again because it is passed. Meaning, what is likely to be going on with my file now? Just a security check? Would this be followed by a second review of my file, or that's it. I don't expect CPP Ottawa to go through Eligibility, Medical and Criminality assessment once again. I hope I am right.

I believe the PNP letter issued by the province itself qualifies one for Eligibility, and of course educational background and adaptability. For those who have already been in Canada for more than 2 years or those who have been working for the past few years gives them extra points. In your case they are only checking your background, which means seeing if your name is not on any WANTED list. They will skim your name through intelligence agencies and things like that, just to make sure that you are no serious threat to the country's security. If your name is not very common, then the process will be faster.

Lol I'm still working on believing it, cuz happiness just came out from nowhere! I got blank on my due date on my gcms notes and honestly I was prepare to receive ppr at least after dec 15 or even January. So tonight when I started working at 4:30pm, my email box had nothing. And we were busy on supper rush, when I finally had time to sit down and eat, I saw an email, I didn't even thing that could be ppr because it's already evening! I received my RPRF on a Friday as well but that was 1pm.
Then I saw the OPPTWA, I was like what the hell?! Did I get a rejection email from cic? Then next second I was like "wait, could this be..." And the first sentence I read was "...is almost compete" hahaha I yelled outloud without finish reading the rest of the email looool
Ohhhh I love Friday! December 6, 2013 was such a great day for me
I hope the rest of April applicants are going to receive their pprs before 2014! Heads up! It's only the 7th day of December

Ya, like i told everyone here but nobody believe me, no due date doesnt mean you wont receive PPR in a short period of time. Neitherless, Congratulation.

Thanks! So when did you mailed your passport? Have you received ur it back with the magic stick yet? I wonder if 3 weeks is enough for cic issues the visa..

I mailed it on nov 19. Reach there on nov 21. No news until now. Im not sure how long but there are people, who waited for 7 weeks.
Btw, i think the person who sign to receive the mail in cpp name ms cound in case you might get the same woman
