i know it might be too early to ask this but should we think of which doctor to see when we got our med?
which doctor will not slow down our application by submit our paper work late etc..

I found out that in the January & February board someone said Dr. Li in Toronto submit his/her paper work late.. so maybe we should stay away from that Dr.
