Congratulation to all of you who received their Visa. It has been very long waiting. I still waiting, I don't know when and I have no power to ask after all of this effort of waiting. If they ask for the third medical, I will NOT do it.

Wishing everyone a happy new year
As you can see I am stuck since 2010 ,my medicals expired in May 2014 and recieved email that they extended it till May 2015 and no need for short landing.
Is there anyone stuck like me here?anyone got extended for 3 times or shall I hope they will send ppr this month?4 month from now our medicals will be expired again anyone has the same experience,because all my emails to LVO the responses vary between medicals extended and your file ynder final review or the automatic response of background verification is still ongoing.

After almost 5 years since I applied, two medicals, and 14 months since I sent my response to their fairness letter, today, I received email from CPC Ottawa said that due to their mistake in the first fairness letter, they sent a new fairness letter. They said ignore our first letter and reply to this new one.
It seems they donot looked at all to my response because in my response I clearly indicated their is a mistake from their side and I built my response on the correct questions from their operation manual.
I have no power and interest in writing a new response to them. How long this unfair process will take? How long holding us from normal life and working on a peaceful life?

Fairness letter is the letter some will receive if CIC thing that the applicant is inadmissible mostly on medical ground.

After three years from the first medical, now I see "medical results has been received" on my statues. Hope the best.

Dear all

Today I have recieved an email from Paris VO office stating that my file has reached the final stage and asking wether I can enter canada before May 6th,2015 which is the end of my medicals that were done on May 2013 and extended on May 2014.

Of course I replied that I am ready which been the case for the last 4 years,however what is weird that one year ago paris VO office sent me an email saying that my file was transfered back to London VO and the medical extension was sent from LVO ,so really no one knows how these VO are working truly.
I am expecting the PPR any time now and just writing all this for those who are frustrated from the loooong wait

If anyone has similar situation plz share and let me know how much it took to get your passport stamped

Good morning
Did Anyone in Saudi arabia managed to get a driving letter experience because every Morror I went too they just give me a printout that I have no violation under my Iqama and have they have no clue what I am talking about?
Also I have recieved email from Paris VO office 2 days ago asking if I can travel before May 6 2015 before end of medicals and I replied positively but till now no reply back ,I need to have a 2month period at least for resigning ,kids school etc....

CONGRATS for crossing over all the hurdles.

Now, wait for the postman's knock on ur door. Be in touch with him. U may get ur visa docs. within ten days from the date ur ecas started showing DM .

Wife's passport expire on Nov 20 2015. Visa is valid till Sep 16 2015(As per GCMS /Not yet received COPR ).
Is there any issue if we land on June 20th 2015.
Will there be any problem from immigration authorities in India while boarding or
while applying for PR card/SIN card etc there, since passport don't have 6 months validity.

Finally after long wait of 56 month , T oday I got the magic word DECISION made ,4 days after asking me wether I can land before May 6,2015.to which i replied positively
I am expecting my PPR any time now

Hello raj ji,

No worries, please.

Once u are through all the processing stages, ur visa docs have already been issued nd ,most likely, are on their way.6 mths validity is required if some one is on TRV. Relax nd start making the necessary preparations for ur departure.

U wont' confront any problem for getting SIN/HEALTH/PR CARD etc.
