Applications Returned (Incomplete/Payment issue) after June 26, 2010, but are submitted on or before June 25

I figured it out that the applications which are returned after june 26, but are submitted on or before june 25, 2010, will be considered under old rules after resubmission with the letter they provide with the package.

I read it on other thread that people who have submitted their applications on or after june 26, 2010 to cio sydney, are getting them back immediately and the reason stated in the letter is, "the job is no longer in the list".

but at the same time, someone whose application is returned due to incomplete forms or wrong payment method, are still getting a letter, that if u r interested, please resubmit this entire package within 30 days after making whatever corrections they have asked for.

so it is a big relief for all of us, otherwise cio would never send such a letter for resubmission, and give time period of 30 days to do that.

Another thing is, I am reading some cases where credit card or bank draft is encashed long back, but people still didnt hear anything regarding 1st AOR from cio. I would suggest them, Please call CIO as soon as possible, because sometimes they send emails, which go in junk mail boxes, and you will never know what's going on. Contact them, and check the status of your file. especially the once, where payment was done in may/or until mid of june.

cheers

Hi,

About the statment i would say get the money in the account and instead of showing the full statement just show the current balance statement and if visa officer ask you to provide statement at the medical time then show the statement and tell them its a gift from father which you are not liable to pay back.

Yes get your transcropts attested from HEC as well.

Cheers
Saki
you mean we get degree and transcript varied by HEC...befor sending Application to London. Good point

Yes in this way london office does not have to do the verification if its orignal or fake.

Dear Saki,

How about degree attestation if your education is from different countries? Like my BS is from Pakistan but MS is from USA and its not possible for me to get MS degree verified/attested from US.

I checked several other threads/forums and contacted some successful applicants/seniors as well and they told me that they provided original/univ sealed transcripts but degrees were just colored copies and notarized.

Thnx

Hi Navali,

You dont need to attest your US degree its only the Pakistani degrees which needed to be HEC recognised and its simply because pakistani unviersities does not have that good ranking and many people just make fake transcripts and degrees so if its HEC attested visa officer will know that its original and there is nothing fake.

Hi,

I am good buddy no not yet they are looking at 21st April applications and mine was reached there on 23rd so hoping to hear some good news very soon.

Hi Mitali,
Thanks for replying back.

The indian embassy does issue Birth certificates, Marriage certificates, Life certificates etc please check this out "http://indiacgny.org/php/showContent.php?linkid=202&partid=99&sub=sub4'

For those of us who do not have any of these certificates we can request our embassy for the same.

Thanks
SB

Hi sb,

I have not heard Birth certificates being issued by Embassy because that does not fall under their domain of jurisdiction. Every country has its own "Birth and Death registration" Department. One would approach this department to issue a Birth Certificate.

Embassy is just a place where Ambassadors live and work. There might be an office in the premises of the "Embassy" that Might Notarise or attest a Birth certificate but definitely not ISSUE a Birth certificate.

Hope I was able to clarify.

my immediate supervisor does not want to issue a reference letter since i've only been working here for 6 months now :'( can i get it from one of the doctors here in our department instead? please kindly reply anyone. thank you.

This is correct. Couple of months back I got birth certificate issued from Indian Consulate in San Francisco. The process is fairly simple and quick (2 weeks max). I sent PCC and Birth Certifcates together and they responded within two weeks.

The Birth Certificate mentions "Certified that According to entries made in the Indian Passport No xxxx Issued at xxxx on xxxx, xxxx was born on xxxx at xxxx". It also mentions name of Father and Mother.
