Pray for AOR, every thing else will be ready y the time or in 120 days.
 
Hi folks, I am a newbie to this forum. I have applied as a FSW on April 25th, 2010 under NOC 0213. It has reached at NS and received by someone named 'Sandy'.

Don know what to do now. Plz pray for me.

I don't think you would need to hire a consultant if you know how to research for information on the CIC website. All instructions have been given clearly. Besides, with a great forum like this, people are always helping each other by sharing their stories and even their mistakes. I know of some people who even provide help and support through messages and long emails. Be rest assured, you can do it yourself. Just read the instructions and follow them. When in doubt, post a question!

I have applied for to CIO for NOC 0111, some one told me that salary is a point for success and it should by very high. I am afraid my employer is not good in salary packages. its just reasonable.
Can you tell me if there is any rule for it and how much it sould be to qualify.

I have seen in the March Applicants column that they are getting their AOR in 60-63 days now.May be time period for first AOR has increased.congrats to ANIKOL who has received aor on 7th may. may be my dd cld be encashed as my application was also received on 1st april.

Friends, I don't think that the charged card definitely means that my application recommended for the further assessment but it is a good sign surely. There are people on our forum who has received AOR after a month and even more since the time fees was drawn. Let us keep fingers crossed and continue to wait.

Hello Discreet,

Salary is not of any consequence towards the selection or approval of any application. The only thing that the CIC is interested in - is the proof of funds required as a part of your settlement in the new country. The amount required for different family sizes has been indicated and requested officially in their guides. That's all you need to be bothered about.

i think that the longe timeframe nowadays is due to the influx of applications. timeframe still looks promising though...fingers crossed everyone.
 
Hi Guys,

UPDATE: One of the March applicant whose application was received by CIO on 7th April has returned due to the forms not filled in full that means CIC has started looking at the applications of april 1st week applicants. Does anyone got there CC charged or anything else ?

As per March Applicant thread, they have started scanning April 7th applications too :)

MY CC not charged yet. Patience is becoming thin :D
