SENIORS PLEASE GIVE UR SUGGESTIONS. I NEED URGENT HELP.
NEED2MIGRATE said:
Respected parhar sir and other seniors, I need ur precious suggestions. My case is as following-
I applied in april 2010.Everything was going on smoothly. But in feb 2012 my ecas changed from IP to DM. I asked my consultant about it and he assured me that it was system glitch. But then i received my rejection letter on 12 march. In rejection letter immigration officer said in first paragraph that he reviewed mine job contracts and experience letters. But in second paragraph he is saying that i hadn't submitted mine job letters and duty descriptions. But I have submitted them. so i asked my consultant to make an appeal. He did so on 31 march. so i want to ask that in how many days NDVO can reply and what is the exact time period in which i should apply for judicial review appeal?
Thanks for reading!

I had this question in mind if NDVO has 7100 visa quota , does that includes the dependents as well and after going through with the forum I came to conclusion that it's only the primary applicants. Correct me if am wrong.
Dear,

To clear the confusion between Cases vs Persons visa quota confusion ,
i have one logic in provide, in CIC data release they have given

Link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2011-Q4/index.asp

They have calculated inventory in persons i.e around 160,000 for FSW ,

But if look u look at total cases pending of FSW (excluding pre 2008) are 58860 (source : www.data.gc.ca)

So iff the visa quota is of cases , they wouldn't have bothered to show inventory levels in persons , they would have shown in cases only

Dear DBC,

In the reference you linked on this post, there is a line that reads-- In the Asia/Pacific region, overall immigration goals are planned for all but one visa office

Do you think, they mean NDVO when they say, "for all but one visa office"?
Could this be the reason for the delay after all? NDVO may not be given a green signal yet.

@need2migrate,

This is really sad to know the outcome ur PR application.Once the VO makes a particular decision,it is very difficult to get it reverted. It is good that u have written to vo explaining ur point of view.
I am of the view that the following informations predominently help vo to make a decision :

1. Job experience is incongruance to NOC under which the application has been submitted.
2. Nature of duties performed fall under the difined ones.
3. docs in support of continuity of job:salary slips/Bank statement showing monthly recpt of salary,PF statement,IT Returns, details of seminars/workshops attended with documentry proof.

hope,u must have reiterated/emphasised ur position in the cover letter with all the necessary docs in support thereof.Let us wish nd pray that ur effort would succeed in bringing home the favourable result.
Good luck.
GOD BLESS ALL !!!

Hi All,

Good Day!

I have been a follower of this forum since June 2010 since I made my application.

I got IN process In Feb with the processing date as Feb 13 2012.

But yesterday when I checked my Ecas status says Decision Made but the details inside are the same as IN Process.

Not additional line has been added like " A decision had been made and all...

Is this a system error?

Please advise.

It should be system error i think. because generally DM status should reflect within one month of processing dates.(thats what i think)
i had same processing dates like urs. its nearly two month we passed.
which visa office you applied and can you share your timeline.

My experience is that DM before MEDS is not a good thing. DM before MEDS proved a system glitch in SEP 2011 but i feel that NOW its not a system error. But dont take it as a negative view. I just shared mine experience.
Best of luck with ur PR application.
