Peeps don't be confuse I can ensure u on record they vo works in order of 2nd aor there is no importance of initial app n ftd Or NOC .i am ready to clear anybody's confusion ?

Ur saying VO's look at the date of 2nd AOR agreed, but to they also look at the NOC and give preference to some special NOC within pre june bracket as well? cos Iam from 4131 and 2nd AOR in July but E-Cas is giving an error so not sure whats the status of my file is

There is no role of ftd ,initial app and noc . There is not a single visa officer who process our files.They queue up our files in order of 2nd aor n clerk allocate it to different visa officers after screening it .now it's our luck to which vo our files goes ,what's his/her style of working slow or fast ?,how he is doubt ful?, how much investigation he will carry ? All these factors decide processing time ...

it is just a technical hitch....but i don't believe that they give importance to some NOCs of prejunes.
Pre-junes are just pre-Junes, ready to be processed acc. to 2nd AOR.
As far as ur case is concern, u will surely get inprocess with processing date mentioned in couple of days, provided Visa officer sort out the technical glitch of ur e-case
