I have inquired the NDVO and they informed clearly that people applied on and after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010 will not be processed in 2012. Following is the exact wording

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application is not likely to be processed in 2012.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. As a result, applicants will wait two years or more to be processed.

This may be applicable for NDVO. I have received RPRF request last month from Colombo VO. I'm a April 2010 applicant.

Thanks,
Aran

Well done CHC NDVO, keep it up and keep pushing the date from 6-10 months, to 14, 15, now 16 and above they ate the entire year, bloody sick souls. >:(

I am sitting idle, with lots of money and no plans to make.

Stick your time lines bitches >:(

I have also received similar reply in response to CSQ sent to NDVO. I think NDVO doesn't care to look at who sent CSQ and post a standard reply. I don't think that our files won't be processed in 2012. The reason being there are around 20,000 (14,000+6,000) cases in MI-2 & MI-3, out of which say 4,000 (assuming 20%) are of NDVO. Some of these have already got decision as of now. So, if they won't process our files in 2012, then what will they do in 2012? Also, visa quota for 2012 has been increased to 55,000. Waiting for others to comment.

Hi All,

address appearing and disappearing has been going on for a while now with the same status msg DM and AR, without any clue if the application is rejected or in process. When you click on DM status it shows the same story:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

While reading couple of posts observed that there is an additional line for few members stating something like "Your application has been transferred to ND VO or some respective visa office with a date on it"

now my question is did this additional line appear for any of the applicants who applied to ND VO?
I am a pre-june applicant NOC 4131, appreciate if someone can throw some light on this status msgs

Well, It happen to a couple of 4131s who got rejected without MR, He has some specific reason for rejection.
It really seems they are much particular for 4131 NOC. Lets hope its not rejection at all

Good luck
