Hi Azizjee,
You are required to pay a fee called Right to Permanent Residency Fee (RPRF) which is CAD 490 for each adult family member accompanying you to Canada. However you do not have to pay this immediately after the first AOR or while sending your full documents. Your CHC will ask you separately for this. You will also get some payment instructions with the request, you just need to follow those.

Manila Visa Office issued new instructions so while I am almost done preparing the documents as per the old requirements, I am now studying "again" the new instructions.

It seems that the submission of our documents will be moved to a later date.

Dear Saki, Does this policy apply on all applicant who have applied for fist stage ? or this is for 2nd stage?

This change is a bit old now but all it is that you can show any general or academic in ielts so if u have not done ielts yet u can do any one and send it with ur full docs to visa office. sorry for late response didnt notice ur msg before.

at the end of ur procedure of immigration they will ask u for LANDING fee. i dnt how mch but i m sure its less then This fee u have alredy paid.. thats awl.. no other fee......

I submitted my application to CIC on 8th April 2010 and they cash my International Draft on 21st May 2010.

I am still waiting for my 1st AOR.
