Just check your ecas every now and then. Mine shows IP after 2 years with same remarks inside then after
1 week it shows the start of processing date.
 
I am a prejune applicant (NDVO) waiting for PR (FSW) since April 2010. But still my ECAS is showing RBVO (2nd AOR- Jan, 2011).
I don't know when CIC really starts to process my file.
What I wanted to know is my spouse is also fit under the FSW NOCs. Can we separately apply for PR (making my spouse as principle applicant) without withdrawing my current file?
I am really looking for your valuable suggestion.

Sir, I have been doing it relentlessly. Whenever some good news shows up in the forum,I make sure to check my ecas.As narrated in my last post, the result of my effort is so obdurate that it does not stop jeering at me.I wonder,how long will it go on !! Besides cse,I have ordered CAIPS NOTES, as well.Tracking result shows its recpt by CIC,OTTTWA.
NOW, let us see, what comes out of it.

Look, what Kenney has to say now. all I heard from him over the last few years are: doing, considering, thinking, planning, meeting, launching etc etc.

the scariest matter is they just cant issue visas to all the awaiting applicants as injecting all of them into Canada would make a dire social/job problems for the native Canadians. Currently, They just dont have enough schools, houses, jobs for these awaiting applicants.

u are absolutely right Sir. they are just looking for excuses to NOT issue the visas.
 
Like most of the April applicants, I am relieved to finally see "In Process" status when I checked today with the following text-

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 9, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 9, 2012."


Can applicants who have already received similar "letter" from NDVO share what the content was. (I am assuming it would be instructions for updated documents and information, and hence it would save a lot of time for me and other people in similar situation to start preparing and getting these docs ready if we knew what they are).

Dear congratulation for update.

I seen lots of people get update and added line " We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on XX , 2012" same as processing dates.

and some of the applicant didn't get this line. they just got the line added " We reviewed your application and start processing on xx 2012"

don't know what will happen. Hope we all will get MR soon.

Keep if any1 get any update

Usually this line should reflect before you get your second AOR if not they are updating now.

yes you are right.

I seen that before my 2nd AOR.
but here "Letter sent Date" is same as processing Date.

that why we are confused.

Dear Parhar, once you get a reply from NDVO to your CSQ, please do share the response. By the way how did you order CAIPS? even I am thinking of getting one for myself

Definitely.As nd when,any information comes up i would ensure
it is shared here in the forum.
Sir,CAIPS NOTES were ordered by my elder sister who is Canadian PR ON MY AUTHORISATION.Let us see what comes out of it.

Dear Frnds

i am back after a long time...we all are worrying abt RBVO status......and In process from XXXX2012 date status.

dont worry abt that..cauz we all April Applicants will get start to get "MR" Late May to August 2012.

cauz VO have deadline to close all April applicants file in or before Nov.2012 as per ministerial instruction. :D

i get that news from Canadian immigration lawyer and Canadian immigiration office.

u all will be surprised 2 listen dat news ...... "april files review has been completed in Last year..... :o :o

as per immigration office source ....... :)

cauz some people status is showing IN Process from last 6 months or more.But they didnt get MR till date.

I was going to we-drawl my file....but now hope returns for wait more 6 months............. :D

hopefully ..."Hum Honge Kaamyaab"
 
After In Process anyone in the forum received any letter from the VO....I am still waiting for the one...
