check the processing times under london VO, you will see it. They did it in a sneaky way which makes it bad cos i didnt think it was announced. Or was it?

yes it was not expected , but tell me the 20 month time period covers full procedure from Nova Scotia to Visa stamp or from your 2nd AOR they start counting 20 months time period ?

The time starts from when they receive your full documents

I guess, it is total time after they receive your application! That's my observation as previous members in this forum received their visa.

This is controversial.
I have seen a few members said its from the date when CHC's received your full docs. My guess is the same coz its logical.

I was told by the call centre thats when they get the full docs
and as you say its logical cause what if we both receive the bio aor on the same day and
you send the full docs in with in the first 2 days and I send them on the very last day 120
we have almost 4 months difference

I also think they said that those times reflected what happened a yea ago so thats how long it took a year a go but not sure

in the end we have already waited from 12 to 14 months since our full docs arrived so 2 months more whats the difference
hopefully we will all have meds done by the end of the year and then it will be just a few months until this odyssey ends

Hi I never heard any promises about arranged employment it only counts as more points

I live in Canada since 2008 on a work permit hired by a Canadian company
I came here as a tourist for 1 month in 2007 and started visiting different companies and applied for jobs one of them was interested in me and got me the LMO and a work permit it took like 8 months and then I moved and applied for pr last year

my current wp expires in september and have already applied for 2 more years

So u must be prolonging yr visitor visa then, did it take long? unfortunatly VO is very picky with issuing visitor visas. parents are hardly getting it to visit their kids for a while. if i submit one they will reject for sure as they assume i would be doing survival job without work permit. Lts of freinds getting rejection form Moscow these days.
I was thnking to find job first? any advice?

thk u so much.
