I believe it means that your application form is initially assessed and classified as to whether or not they are going to go through your documents supporting your claims in your application form. If you initially qualify, they are going to forward your papers to the specific VISA office you mentioned in your form so that they could do the verification of submitted documents

My ecase also changed from RBVO to INPROCESS with Rbvo detail.
 
Why are they putting us so quickly in the in-process scenario may they started treating pre June as post june

could for 2 reasons,

they want to calm down the fire inside the minds of thousands and thousands of applicants

and/or

they could soon start sending MR's which wouldnt be clear washout coz there arent many jobs for all the waiting applicants.

Just dropped by to update my status. We received our VISA last June 23 and will land on September 2011.

most of us still waiting for MR & PPR... Very glad for u abelix, Manila is way ahead of other VOs!

Which one will be earlier for you LMO or PR? However you'll get yr PR faster rather applying after another year of working with permanent job LMO...
