I also wanted to ask you guys on how are you planning on IELTS? I have claimed points under Language proficiency but have not taken IELTS so far. Should I wait or plan for IELTS?

Also, can I write TOEFL instead of IELTS?

Thanks ambitious...Im so unlucky coz I have sent by DHL on 05.04.10 but still its in Hamilton Canada... ...They are giving stupid service to me... ....Requesting all freinds...Don't even try to send anything by DHL ...it sucks...

Btw I didn't send IELTS result with the application, does it come back to me??? Im so worried.... :'( :'( :-\ :-\

i submitted on the 6th through UPS from nigeria was received by lahey sydney ca on 09/04/2010 by 10.29 a.m.. i believe i have beat the deadline of 10th

hi can anyone tell me about april updates im going to apply in next week can anyone tell me that it is gud to apply before rules change or i should wait for new rules. as im going to apply on cookery basis. i got my ielts 6.5 and basic french language as well. PLUSE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MEANS OF CODE WHICH YOU GUYS USE like AOP, 1111, CHC etc.

hi i m new member .i applied for FSW class in august 2009,i got approval from CIC,canada but my application was refused from delhi beccuse of insufficient points in IELTS.i had just 2 marks less i.e total was 65.noe i hve reapplied without giving IELTS on 6th april. i hope my application was received on 9th april to CIC.can anyone tell me will they give me approval this time???? I m planning to give IELTS in may so if i get approval from CIC i can send my Application to new delhi with IELTS score.but plz tell me will CIC canada again give me approval???????

Hi Preet83,

As long as you meet the eligibility criterion of 67 points, I don't see any reason for refusal.
