I applied for a study permit and a co op work permit extension(both) back in end of summer of 2022. I got both of them approved with new document numbers in my document status. However, in the correspondence letter "In Canada Approval Letter", it only showed the document checklist as the work permit. And then the more confusing part, I never received my study permit in the mail, just the co op work permit. At that time I had other problems and I was in my co op so only wanted the work permit for the time being and just did not purse this matter sooner which I regret.
I applied for a replacement of VOS in April-May 2023 for the study permit, and mentioned I never received it. It's July now and no one reached out to IRCC and nothing in the mail. Did anybody face this problem, where it shows approved in the document status and gives a new document number, but it does not show it in the "In Canada Approval" and did not receive it in mail? Or if anyone has any ideas on what to do?
I also have had a lot of trouble to reach out to IRCC, can not get a hold of them. Any ideas?
