APPROVED!!! Passport finally requested!!!

YES, YES, YES!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!

My husband FINALLY got his passport request in the mail yesterday!!! He was approved for the visa on June 15, 2010.

WOW, after 15 months of background checks, and a second medical (second medicals were redone September 15, 2009), my husband was finally approved for the visa. This has been a very long and stressful process, but thankfully it is over.

I have been following your story for quite some time now, and am so excited for you and your husband!

Today he is going to mail out his passport. As I've been told, London usually takes two weeks to stamp the passport with the visa and send it back. So, my husband is hoping to get here by July 24, but nothing has been finalized yet. I will definately keep you all posted.
