Approved Online Visitor Visa: Passport Return Times

Hello Experts..

I am an indian Living in US Florida and on H1B currently. I applied for Canada visitor Visa and got the confirmation for submitting passport.

By mistake I sent all the documents to Philadelphia lockbox address instead of New YORK.

Please suggest what should I do as I am do not know the number of Philadelphia address and my USPS tracking says it is delivered to WELLS FARGO PA 19178

Please let me know I am worried as my passport is there

Online application for Manila VO this month: took 10 calendar days processing
And then it will take 3-5 business days upon submission at VFS Manila for the passport to be returned.

Oh, today is the 10th day since i lodged the application. I hope to get an update, and hopefully a positive one.

Applied for our In Laws Visitor Visa (Outside Canada: Manila; Online)

Submitted April 17. No updates yet nor email.

12 days processing as per the cic website. Hopefully.

My application has been with the status: passport received, application under consideration for a week. Any thoughts on how long to get the final answer? It's been 15 days since I applied for a TRV

Yet no reply. I have a valid study permit till 2018. I am wondering if anyone went through similar situation while applying TRV inside CANADA.

Hi All

I am a visitor here for last 6 months and got extension for another 6 months. My original visit visa was expired after 2 days my entering in Canada. Just wondering if I can apply for another visit visa from inside Canada for my future visit. Pls note I dont have any valid study or work permit. Just visitor.

Got a email today saying that it was a change on my application status, after checking it says closed, application approved
On the VAC still saying under consideration. Anyone knows how long now to get my passport back??

While uploading forms and documents in place holder on CIC GC Key website under my father section, I do get place holder to put his digital photo. However ,I dont have any place holder for my mother digital photo.

Is it some thing normal or I did any mistake.

You did not do any mistake and this is normal. However if you want ou can put her photo as an additional docs.

Finally... passport submission request.. online app submitted on 23rd march... after 1 month and 5 days... after submission how long does passport take normally ?

2. Original Passport request on April 15
3. Sent Passport on April 18th
4. Shipped to VAC on April19th
5. Received by VAC on April 21st
6. Application completed - In transit to the VAC April 25th

... i am still waiting for the passport but on my online application it shows it was approved i wonder how long it will take to get it back

Not sure if I'm super lucky or what, but my application went through very quickly. Just want to share this with you all.

April 18 2016 - Online application submitted
April 18 2016 - Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
April 18 2016 - Submission Confirmation
April 20 2016 - Original Passport Request
April 20 2016 - Original Passport Sent
April 22 2016 - USPS shows original passport had been delivered.
April 22 2016 - Confirmation email received from VAC for passport receipt. Contains online tracking number. VAC Status: Application Received.
April 25 2016 - VAC status changed to: Passport in transit to Visa Office
April 26 2016 - VAC Status changed to "Passport Received by the Visa Office - Under Consideration"
April 27 2016 - CIC status changed to Closed/Approved.
April 28 2016 - VAC status changed to "Application Processing Completed - In Transit to the VAC"

... Now I'm just waiting for my passport to be delivered back to me, but it shouldn't take too long.

Mine was sent back (approved) to VAC on the 27th and sent back to me yesterday the 28th, in just waiting for the arrival
