No. It could be that the passports are at VAC. Sometimes USPS skips scanning but if there's nothing at all till now, I'm afraid they haven't mailed it.

Hi everyone! This might be useful for those who are sending passports and expecting them. Two VAC "specialist" informed me that there can be 24-48 hours (excluding weekends of course) between USPS delivery/pick-up and VAC status update.
In my case it sat in there mail room for almost 48 hours and now it's probably taking another 48 before USPS pick it up.
Nevertheless I still appreciate the "specialists" who can tell me that. The rest will just rephrase "in transit to the applicant" and frustrate you further.

My Status just changed to
Your current application status is Application Processing Completed - In Transit to the Applicant from the VAC
but no Tracking Info yet .sometimes USPS will show scan info later in the nite as the carrier still doing the rounds and only after they go back to the PO then the package gets scanned and gets updated @USPS site

Got my passport today. USPS said it was expected to be delivered by 3:00 pm 26th. Before 10:00am today the USPS status was "In Transit" since 22nd.
That is about right. VAC could take up to 48 hours to mail your passport after your VAC tracker's status changed to "In Transit to the Applicant". And when it does happen your USPS tracking number will show something like "picked up" or "in procession". After that there might be a few days with no update other than "In Transit".

My final Final decision was "Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details.Help - Final decision" and i send my passport to New Yourk on 22 December and was delivered on 26 December CANADIAN VISA APPLICATION CENTRE-NY. But after there is no more news, first of all what meas that my visa was approved and the second how many days more will take this proces???

My Passport was delivered on 12/22 at CANADIAN VISA APPLICATION CENTRE-NY. No News after that.
