hey i havent applied yet .iam preparing my application for manitoba in Family stream.

i have my close relative (my uncle's daughter) there who can sponser me .
my age is 25
my education is bacholer of Computer Engineering 4years
my works exp will be 1.5 years in december as Software Engineer
i have funds 6,000$ .

iam i eligible to apply in Family Stream ?

please reply any one ?

Hi im also applying under MPNP Family support. I submitted my Application package last March 2007, and received Letter of Approval last January 2009.

Hi, judge_bs.

We applied under the family support stream with my husband's aunt as our sponsor. I'm the principal applicant.

March 2008--our application for provincial nomination was submitted to Immigration in Manitoba
April 2009--we received our Letter of Approval
Sept 8. 2009--we received medical exam and additional docs requests from Canadian Embassy Manila
Sept 15--we had our medical exam at St Luke's Extn in Ermita
Sept 23--my medical exam result was forwarded by St Luke's to the Embassy (but those of my daughters' and my husband's were sent on separate dates : Sept 28 and Oct 7, respectively)
Sept 28--I submitted additional docs that the Embassy requested (baptismal certificate and permanent school records in high school in my case, and update of my husband's list of addresses from sept 2007 up to the present).
NOW--waiting for PPR from Canadian Embassy Manila. Hoping to receive it in December or January.

i think u ll get ur PR by next month...
i m still waiting for my approval...i applied in july 09 and got letter in aug09...they requried IELTS test copy which i sent last month...now waiting for reciept conformation...that i ve not got that...sometime i think to mail them to ask that they ve rec my docs or not...i cant understand...

Don't be sad, judge_bs. I don't think they send letters confirming receipt of required or additional docs. I never received any confirmation letter for the additional docs the Embassy asked of me.

Your approval may come next year in July or August. It usually takes a year or so. Cheer up!

Hi Bluetulip

Upon receipt of approval letter, did you submitted copies of the Govt of Canada forms (IMM008, , Schedule 1 etc) or prepared new one? Copies don’t look like original.
