My friend has received appointment letter as Safety Officer from Woodthorpe Petroleum, Calgary.

They have mentioned that no need to write any exams like IELTS & they have not asked for any money.
Apparently, my friend has to go back to India (he works & lives in Dubai with his wife & daughter) & visa will be processed through Indian embassy. And this visa processing fee will be bearable by my friend. Also, a guy from Delhi has been in contact with my friend who is informing all these things.
