Please don't bump your posts (this is rude behaviour). People give advice for free which means you sometimes have to wait hours or even days for some one to respond. If you want free advice - be prepared to wait. If you want fast advice - hire a lawyer.

Buddy I don't think that the Visa will be approved as the foremost requirement for Dependent Visa is that your own Study permit should be valid for more then 6 Months (From Personal Experience), Wait until you get the PGWP and a job (NOC 0, A or B).

Applying or not applying is your decision but the chances of rejection are 100% if you do not follow what is mentioned above.

Trust me you will be lucky (1 out of a million) if you get the visa for your wife, before your situation changes as per what I mentioned above.

Alright so what do you think about applying as a visitor and when im graduatr i will apply for both of us for my OPWP ?

That makes sense, You can try for the Visitor (no guarantees though, again it depends on the VO but the chances are higher for sure) you have to do some research, You can also mention in your SOP that you want to spend some quality time with your spouse in Canada before you head back to your home country.

Don't worry as they will not quote you for this when you will be applying for PGWP.
