According to the rules, you should have 1095 days on the day before you sign your application so you actually need 1096. That aside, I think the likelyhood of getting an RQ with exactly 1095 days would be higher than if you'd wait say another month or two but also depends on how much you have travelled. If you show that you landed on day x, soon started a full time job and have been working the whole time as well as you have no stamps in your passport and not travelled at all, you may have a less chance of getting an RQ with 1095 days than somebody who has been in Canada a bit longer, still meets 1095 days but has travelled outside Canada a lot.
