applying vistor visa for parents in canada?

Hello,

Somebody give me some advice here. I am a citizen and would like my parents to come visit me. Currently they are not in Canada. Can I apply for a visitor visa online for them here in Canada as in land? or do you they have to do it themselves in their current country?

You can do it online for them from Canada, and mention yourself as the representative, but it will not be "inland"; it will still be processed by the VO serving their country of residence (not yours). Lots of people like you do it all the time for their parents.
