Applying visitor visa for parents

Hello All,

I was beginning to apply visitor visa online for my parents but got to know that new online visitor visa applications will only be accepted/approved by IRCC if we are able to prove the parent-child relationship. So I made a new account with GC key, got the personal reference code from 'Come to Canada' tool but when I login to my IRCC account I can't find any option where I can start visitor visa application. Can someone please guide - what am I missing.

My understanding is that we have to follow below steps -
1. Use Come to Canada tool and generate personal reference code.
2. Create account on IRCC and login with GCKey.
3. Apply for visitor visa - this I can not find anywhere

Once I login to my account, looks like it takes me back to IRCC services.

Once I login to my account, looks like it takes me back to IRCC services.

The issue could be with cookies too - try deleting your cookies and browser history and then close that. Open a fresh browser and try logging again.
