I got my refusal along with my wife first time in Aug 2019. That time my son was on study permit. Then covid started. Now I wanna apply with my wife. Now my son is pr since sep21. Should I apply of my own or get it done with the help of an agent. Pl advice.

I would apply on your own. We see too many problems with agents on this forum.

Make sure you declare the previous TRV refusal in your new application.

Also, you'll want to show ties to your home country (e.g. property, employment) and show you have enough money saved to cover the costs of your trip.

Good luck.

I suggest you try to get GCMS notes about the reasons behind your refusal last time, so that you would not made the same mistakes this time.

I got my gcns notes last time.
got the reason--
The applicant doesn’t appear to be sufficiently well established that the purpose of visit would be reasonable expense

So I guessed you more established than you were previously.
