Applying to extend my study permit for the second time

I applied to extend my status in Canada as a student for the second time on Nov. 20th as it was going to expire at the end od December 2019.

I was looking at the application processing time and it says it takes around 99 days on CIC website. I was wondering whether anyone has gotten his/her study permit extension recently and whether there is any possibility for the process to be done by the end of December?

I think my application is complete and doesn't need any additional documents.

If the processing time takes 99 days as mentioned, it will take on average that many days.
