APPLYING STUDY PERMIT WITHOUT CAQ APPROVAL

Hello Friends.

I am in great dilemma and don't know what to do.

Some consultants have suggested that i am already late for JAN 2018 because i first need to obtain CAQ and Student permit.Suggested to Defer.

However i visited VFS office and they said i can apply for student permit with receipt of CAQ (that i have applied for CAQ) and later send them CAQ approved by quebec immigration to get Visa on time.

I read many threads which also discussed that CAQ approval mandatory to apply for permit which is contrary to what VFS said : Study permit can be applied without CAQ and later can be submitted upon approval to get Visa on time.

Please let me know if CAQ and Study permit can be applied simultaneously to get VISA on time.
And also i wanted to know who have applied like this before.

I have solid 2 months with me.Can i get the VISA on time ?

The Quebec website guarantees that your CAQ will be given within 20 days maximum, so if you think you have time until then you should do that. (you should have applied for CAQ as soon as possible honestly)
