Applying SOWP when PR decision is pending

[CEC Applicant 2022]

Dear Friends,

I have applied for PR including my dependent spouse and child under CEC category. My spouse and child is in India and myself in Canada. Since the decision is in progress.Will there be any problem if I apply for Spousal Open work permit and visitor visa for my child?

Will it cause any delays to PR application?
