Applying SOWP inside Canada while I'm on visitor's visa (my spouse is PGWP holder until 2027)

I just need some guidance before we apply SOWP inside Canada.

Do we need to show proof of funds to apply for SOWP? My spouse is working under teer 3 job. (skilled)
