I am looking to get some answers to the following question:
I am currently in Canada and looking to apply PCC at BLS. My parent living with me at this moment and Grand-father is living in India. Can my Grandfather attest my identity and background ? is he allowed to complete police verification on my parent behalf ?
Any comment will be appreciated or similar experiences.
