my divorce in process but i am applying for PR under LCP. husband is a canadian citizen. i dont have kids either. should i tick divorce or still married and just send the divorce paper once approved? tnx

If you have the option of ticking separated, you should do that. If you don't have that option, tick married and then let them know when your divorce is through.

Since he is a Canadian citizen so it's not even in question that you would be applying for PR for him, I don't think you will need to provide anything for him. I see that the application form has a checkbox for separated so why don't you just tick that?

Just tick separated there too. You can put your husbands name in there if they ask for it. The reason you leave it off in the PR application is because you do not list anyone in there who is already a citizen or a PR.
