A Pakistani married woman wants o to apply for Canadian student’s visa from Saudi Arabia. She is physically present in Saudi Arabia on visit visa (90 days) and his husband is his sponsor here in Saudi Arabia. Is she eligible to apply for student visa from Riyadh/Jeddah Canadian embassy/consulate?
