Applying for Visitor visa after applying for Spousal PR

Hello,

I applied for Spousal PR and its been one month. I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my wife so that she can visit me this summer.

I have not received my AOR yet, can I apply for visitor visa even before getting AOR?

If yes, should I include any screenshots which I got when I applied for my wife's PR while applying for visitor visa?
