I'm afraid your question lacks some information. From what you write I can only think that your husband lives in India, you live in Canda, he is in rehab and you want a temporary permit/visa for yourself... To visit him? That would be a visa for India then, so you'd be better off asking your question on a forum board about immigration in India, not for Canada. The procedures for India are likely very different, so people here might not be able to give you a good answer in this.

No No, other way. Here is my story.
He lives in India and I live in Canada. I submitted the form to CPC-M on May 2009 and it went to India in July 09. They called him for 2 interviews one for relationship and the other for Background check. After second interview in June 2010, they did the background check and got a letter today asking to send the rehab form with the necessary documents that they attached with the letter. He was convicted of a crime and 5 years is already passed.
We have a 15 month old Son and we can't wait for one year to get rehab processed.
I am wondering if he can get the temporary visa to enter canada while rehab in process.
