Applying for Super Visa

Hello all. I have a question. If my parents were to apply on a super visa, I believe they can stay for a period of 2 years at a stretch. However I wanted to apply for both, my wife's parents and also my parents. So I believe that my income threshold needs to be $ 50,000. Is that correct ?

Or how does that work ? Will they calculate each application separately and consider $ 30,000 as sufficient income or will they take into account that both my wife's parents and my parents are applying at the same time and would increase our Income threshold requirement.

Also my wife has a sibling who is 16 years of age. Will he also be eligible to come along with my wife's parents as their dependent ?

What would be advisable ? To call my wife's parents or my parents together or after a gap of time. Or should we go directly for sponsorship

Any advise on the above situation. Any advise or input will be valuable to us....

Assuming you and your wife have no children - you will have to show LICO covering 6 people in order for the super visas to be approved.

No - the 16 year old dependent cannot accompany his parent on the super visa. He can try applying for a regular super visa on his own.
