Applying for Student Partner’s Program(SPP) from outside of India

Hi Friends,

Currently, I am working in Singapore as an IT Consultant. I am going to apply for a PG course under SPP. However, is it possible to apply if the applicant is away from India?? If yes, then can anyone guide me on the process like how to apply for Medicals, PCC and applying for the VISA etc.
