Hi everyone! Out of curiosity. Just wanted to ask. A bit of background. I applied for Work Permit 2 weeks after I got married, hence, my spouse was nonaccompanying. Now we have decided and changed plans for him to follow me and come with me. When my WP is approved, Can we apply for spouse OWP without me landing yet and having pay stubs? would Properties, investments, business, money in bank 25,000CAD would suffice? Once my WP is approved I still have 3 months notice to complete in my current country outland before travelling to CA. Hence, thinking of applying for his OWP while waiting.
