Applying for refugee...is any region better than other

I want to apply for refugee. There are three regions I.e. eatern, central and western. Is any region better than other to get favorable decision. Please advise

It doesn't matter where you are.

From your previous posts, you haven't stated anything that would indicate you qualify as a refugee. Under what grounds are you going to apply?
