Applying for PR without spouse

My spouse is working in Canada on intercompany transfer and I am working here on an open work permit.

Can I apply for Express entry alone by selecting the option spouse not travelling to Canada as my CRscore is 460 without taking my spouses points.

If I apply taking my spouse's points into consideration then our cumulative score would be 455​

Also will I be able to sponsor her and my son at a later date if the express entry process goes through.

You can, though they may ask you for reasons why your spouse is non-accompanying. Especially since she'll already be in Canada.
